We produce in thoughtful quantities to avoid excess and keep each drop intentional rather than overstocked.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5–7 days, depending on your location.
As most pieces are produced in thoughtful quantities, we currently only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery along with an unboxing video so we can help resolve the issue smoothly.
For returns, we recommend placing a fresh order while initiating the return separately. It helps us manage inventory more mindfully and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth shipping.
